Pros

I feel like I contribute everyday to the mission of the company - this agency does amazing work with mental health and substance abuse treatment and research. Overall, I love my co-workers. At CRI, most people have the opportunity and skill set to go many other places that have higher salaries, however people stay because they care about their work.

Cons

The pay at Centerstone is low and there is not much opportunity for increasing your pay. But that is not unknown when you apply and start as they are a community based provider of mental health services. Compensation comes from internal satisfaction, as well as solid health benefits and professional development opportunities.
