      Benefits and that’s about it

      Cons

      Management runs employees into the ground! does not care about employees. Do not have adequate tools or proper running machines and when problems happen because of this it’s your fault! There’s no shop guy so everything is broken and have to fix in the field .No proper training for people. Project manager will send you to a job and disappear for 3 days and leave everything up to crew after not walking the jobs . absolutely no organization or communication you are the property of Questmark.

      The health benefits are the only pros to this job.

      Cons

      Over worked, constant travel, always working out of town, work 7 days a week, pay is standard, coworkers drink on job, hire people with criminal backgrounds, drug use on job, management ignores employee misconduct.
