The pay and the patient load are a joke. If a senior provider to you doesn't want to take on any new patients, then it will all fall on you with no cap on your own load because they only care about numbers and will double and triple book you on top of it. Not to mention the absolute trainwrecks of patients you will inherit from former providers who have never laid eyes on the patient or paid any attention to actual care (zero labs for years on end, speaking to caretakers only without examining the patient, overmedicating, etc.)
I wouldn't bother if you're a new graduate as it is sink or swim with zero guidance if you care about your license.
