Pros

Great benefits-medical, dental, highest retirement matching I've seen anywhere, and also offers parking, mass transit, and childcare FSAs. Runs fairly smoothly for a non-profit. Most people work here because they really care about the clients.

Cons

Somewhat disorganized at times. I am definitely glad to be part of a union while working for this company as they have our back more than HR does. High turn-over rate at many sites, though that seems to be standard in the industry these days. Senior management can be a bit corporate and profit-driven, though most on-site management is great.

Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, attempt to hire diverse staff but this is limited to frontline workers rather than higher paying/influential administrative positions

Cons

Expect a lot of change and not a lot of frontloading with information about what is changing, how change going to be implemented or why. Trauma informed in name only & not in practice, especially with staff
