VP's are all approachable and willing to assist regardless of your level in the organization. Peers are more than willing to help address questions and help provide documentation.

Growing pains

Pros

Great culture, really great people. Company with integrity. Tons of opportunity to gain experience in multilines claim handling.

Cons

Company has been going through growing pains for 2 1/2 - 3 years at least. They appear unclear on how to evaluate what a reasonable workload is at this time. Many different shifting requirements and processes, while the infrastructure and support services isn’t where it needs to be yet. It is just growing pains though. Once they work the kinks out it will be great. Problem is can they do it before they lose too many adjusters due to no work-life balance.
