Pros

The Management focuses intensely on your strengths and works hard to help focus your path for your career. The Pension plan is ridiculous, there are few private companies out there that can compete with the pension and other benefits that Central provides. I have been with larger companies, internet giants and marketplaces...they pale in comparison to Central Mutual.

Cons

Every company has growing pains; Central is going through one of their largest pushes to put the pieces in place for success. In the end, its not a con....its an opportunity
