The flextime offered by Central provides me with the flexibility to never have to miss any of my children's activities, and I do not have to use my vacation to have a quick doctor's visit. The home office is located in a rural community. I see that as an advantage for my family. Van Wert is a small town with a lot of nice things happening. You just have to get involved. There are larger towns within short driving distances, so I feel I get the best of both worlds. Central offers both a 401k and a pension.
