Pros

I've found the opportunities are limitless. Central believes in investing in their employees, whether that be extending education, seminars, or job transfer opportunities. I have experienced all of these perks first-hand and am very grateful. Another positive is that our President is a hard man to dislike and I feel his values and personality filter down through all employees. Lastly, I am in the I.T. department and the flexibility of work hour adjustments and ability to work from home is very much appreciated.
