Pros

I can't fathom working for any other company. It is very apparent the culture that Central as a company has. You build relationships that last a lifetime with other employees and outside customers. Central also takes an active role in supporting the community. You can tell they really enjoy being part of the towns they are in, and supporting the people living there.

Cons

With so many employees having 30+ years working at Central, advancement opportunities can be hard for those wanting higher level positions or ultimately management.

Pros

Working for Central has shown me that you can enjoy your job and look forward to going to work everyday. The Managers, Supervisors and everyone here truly care about you, and want to help you succeed. There is a system in place to help everything run smooth. The benefits are amazing. We are well informed, and treated as part of the family.

Cons

none what so ever, working here has been the best decision of my career. In for the long haul :)

Pros

Great culture! The company truly cares about their employees and goes out of their way to ensure that employees enjoy their jobs. The company does a fantastic job in developing employees which allows them to thrive in their roles.

Cons

Home Office located in remote area of Ohio.
