Central Insurance reviews

Central is a decent sized company in a small rural town. There is a culture of excellence here. I have confidence and respect for those who I work with. Management values me and gives me space to do my job. I find the benefits and pay are excellent when compared to the cost of living in the area, which is very low. There is still a pension offered in addition to a 401K and generous profit sharing. I find them fairly flexible with my work schedule and personal life balance. Some of my peers have more flexibility, but I can work within the rules of the company.

Central is a very welcoming place to work. Everyone works together as a team and has a lot of pride in what they do. We have many people that have been here 20 plus years and they are very willing to share their knowledge of the insurance industry. This has been a great place to work and learn.
