Pros
No IT contracting positions! The benefits offered at Central are much better than with my previous employer. Both a pension and 401K are offered! Training here is exceptional. The IT office in Dublin, OH is close to home. It's a small-town company feel in a larger city! There's a real sense of family within the company.
Cons
The pay isn't the best I've been offered. However, the benefits, distance from home, the fact that all coworkers are employees and the amount of training provided more than make up for the difference in salary for me!
