      Terrible bait and switch company

      Pros

      Pay is ok but inflation is erasing that.

      Cons

      I signed a hybrid contract after covid. The company got rid of it for employees. For contractors and fully remote employees this was a bait and switch. I would not have taken this job if I knew this would happen or move my family. I like the work but managment doesn't care. The CEO had a hissy fit on friday which is a work from home day and got rid of hybrid. We cannot recuirt as every other job has a hybrid work schedule and similar pay. This cam all the way from the top and none of my senior managers knew. One man sinking the ship. there has been barely any help or aknowledgement.

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule (flexible hours), good pay, good bonus, great 401k Match (you put in 8% and CMP puts in 12%), great PTO (4 weeks of PTO and 1 week of floating holidays that can used as PTO, 7 holidays).

      Cons

      Limited on the job training, most of what I learned was self-taught.
