-Decent Pay for Maine -Safety oriented -Union protected (IBEW)

Cons

-union is represented by mostly linemen, so Personnel other than linemen may not receive the same rate increases -HR is out of State making personal issue resolution difficult

Non, nothing, nada. Not the pay, not the management, not the sytems.

Cons

I've worked in the utility industry for a number of years and not only is it the worst company I have ever worked for, but it is known as such throughout the Northeast. Employees are treated like chattel and customers with contempt. It would probably be viewed as a good company - in the 19th century.
