Pros

Sometimes we get donuts. We used to get pizza for accident free months, but they stopped doing that. Maybe the price of the pizza didn't justify itself.

Cons

There is not much room for advancement.

We do wish you felt differently about ownership; we are fortunate to be run by a group of individuals who started their career in the field, whether it was as a technician, parts person or sales person. They have grown the company by utilizing that in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Decent pay, work is easy to understand. benefits are decent. lots of skills to be learned and can further develop your career.

Cons

political, hard to move up tech levels. favoritism in work place. Nothing is guaranteed. advertise family culture which is not true.
