Pros

Benefits are hard to beat, fully paid health insurance, 401k, generous PTO policy .

Cons

No opportunities for growth, salaries are low for same position in other companies, headquarters in expensive location. Requires 3 days in office for some employees while the majority of the staff is remote .

Pros

Hybrid, Pay, Some travel. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Onboarding was a joke. They give you death by PDFs to learn the products and "figure it out on your own". I desperately would ask my manager for help or clarification. They said they would get back to me on all of it, then never would. On remote days, manager would take hours to reply back. Communication is off. There are favorites. It was very cliquey. HR is also NOT your friend here- remember they are there to protect the COMPANY. It's a corporate job- HR does not care about you. Remember that!

Pros

There are many pros. They try to do fun stuff, like ice cream sandwich day or sending out company swag, just because. They can be very generous and they seemed to recognize and appreciate good talent (most of the time). They are all about inclusivity and their mission and mostly (not by everyone) you feel appreciated and know what you do is important.

Cons

One of the biggest con was the change in middle management. Although some things needed to be fixed and required their guidance and experience, other areas of the company were not actually "broken" and caused major disruption to staff. It was sadly some of the more experienced staff (tenure 3+ years) who shared any difference in opinion (even though that was strongly encouraged) that were hurt the most. Sadly, as the company is growing and doing exciting things, the employee appreciation and moral has diminished, usually if you weren't hired by this new management.
