Clueless management, Treating it as their home company

Pros

Prepare to get dismissed at any time. Begin looking for a new job before the end of your 90-day term. They have every dumb reason in the book to terminate you. They fill unfilled positions from previous employers and work with arrogance. They will conduct numerous rounds of interviews before hiring you, but after terminating you, they will state that you were a bad hire. I feel that the leadership was a bad hire since they hired the wrong individuals and had to fire them. Workplace is deplorable.

Cons

Numerous IT firms may be found in the United States. You will be grateful that you were let go and may now work somewhere better.

Great work life balance, remote, benefits (medical comprehensive), good pay and eligible for overtime.

Cons

I do not have any cons about the company, if they allowed part time I’d still be working there.
