CentralReach is an incredible company to be employed by. I feel an overwhelming sense of excitement to come to work. It's because I feel supported, well compensated, trusted, well trained and I have a healthy work life balance. This company is exactly who they say they are. They are authentic, transparent and work hard to make healthy decisions for their employees and for the benefit of those using our system. CR hosts webinar events that encourage mindfulness- ex: mental health webinars, exercise events, activities, and more. They care about their employees in many ways because they know that if they do that we will in turn care for the company. In CentralReach we all understand there is a greater purpose behind the work that we do and as a result we have become a wave of change for the ABA community. I encourage you to join the movement !

Fast paced, customer-centric, hyper growth, making the right strategic moves and looking out for their people. Like really looking out for their people.

Cons

Like all companies that grow this quickly, there are some areas that fall behind, but the team is self-aware and course corrects as needed.
