Fast growing company with opportunities for career advancement, transparent and caring leadership, good work-life balance and a great, collaborative culture

Cons

Always some growing pains in fast growing companies but no major cons come to mind

Pros

CentralReach is a collaborative group of enthusiastic people who are working for the greater good. From a co-worker perspective, we've got each other's backs and foster a "lift each other up" culture. We celebrate one another's success, and maintain a socially aware theme across the company. Oh, and we love coffee! From a client perspective, I have the privilege of working with incredible clinicians to help them crystallize and reach their goals with our platform. It is the most impactful work I have ever done. Just knowing that clients and their learners will benefit in some way through what we offer is extremely meaningful and satisfying. As the saying goes, "if you love what you do, it ain't work!"

Pros

CentralReach is a great place to learn and grow with a leadership team that is invested professional development. I've been fortunate to work for two fantastic managers as I've recently transitioned roles- both of which value their teams and have been supportive and accommodating. Weekly company-wide meetings have been extremely valuable over the course of the last year, strengthening the culture of transparency. The quarterly internal webinars are an incredible way to promote awareness on industry topics and showcase members of our extremely talented team. Chris Sullens often talks about "doing the right thing" which is a huge part of the culture at CentralReach, and while the past year has been unpredictable, Chris and the executive team have done a great job of ensuring employees are taken care of. I'm so grateful to be part of this team.
