Pros

Working with my direct team and other departments has been nothing but a pleasure since I started. There is so much respect for one another and a willingness to help each other. We have members of the team all over the U.S. and we have never missed a beat when it comes to communicating across multiple time zones. I am so proud to work for a company that values their employees, contributes to the community and prides itself on exceptional customer service. I can't wait to see what the future holds!

Cons

Not much to share here! I love my job and the people I work with. I respect the good work our leadership is doing to constantly evolve the business for the better. With evolution comes change and for some that can be difficult to navigate.

Disappointed

Pros

There are great people at this company who really want and try to make a difference.

Cons

1. There is a disconnect between management/ownership interests and the interests of the mission. 2. Industry experience is not leveraged in the decision-making process for the product. 3. In my experience, intellectual curiosity, deep understanding of the product and clients’ needs, and visionary thinking are not rewarded. You build what sells today, not tomorrow. 4. External appearance matters more than internal appearance.
