I have been in this industry for over 10 years and CentralReach is by far the best company that I have ever worked for. They actually care about their employees and boost our morale to make sure we are successful. We have ongoing trainings that enhance our job performance. I really like that.

Cons

I have not had a "con" moment since I began here.

Great people, meaningful benefits, fair compensation, friendly culture.

Cons

Not many to be honest. They're a growing company, so there are always growing pains and the environment is fast paces, but everyone is working hard together and the results speak for themselves.
