Pros

Compensation is on the high end of what is out there, which is probably why CR has more than its fair share of very capable and productive employees. If you want to be challenged to be at your best, this is a good place to be. Perhaps surprisingly, these people all seem to get along and work together very well.

Cons

CR is still a small organization, so the benefits are not as comprehensive as what you would expect from a larger company (though positive changes are coming in that area).

- Certain positions can work 100% remote. - Engineering team is experienced. - Competitive compensation. - Great work-life balance. - Good technical challenges. - Great purpose (helping to serve kids with autism).

Cons

Growing pains from startup to established/maturing company.
