Pros

What stands out most at CR are the people. The company fosters a culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and a shared mission that truly means something. The business is united in direction, and leadership is transparent, supportive, and deeply invested in employee growth. I genuinely appreciate the flexibility that allows me to balance my personal and professional life—a rare and valuable trait in today’s workplace. The sales culture is healthy and motivating, marketing is collaborative, and cross-functional teams treat each other with mutual respect. Even when conflict arises, it’s met with a spirit of compromise and resolution. While the hiring process is thorough, I believe the return on investing in the right people is clear. I feel aligned, heard, and empowered here. I would absolutely recommend CentralReach to friends and family—it checks all the boxes.

Cons

Being a remote employee can sometimes feel isolating, and it’s easy to feel out of the loop. I occasionally find myself learning about team changes—like departures or promotions—through LinkedIn rather than internal channels. A bit more visibility and proactive communication around org updates would go a long way in fostering connection and clarity across the company.

A “Best Place to Work” in name only

Pros

PTO Policy is really nice.

Cons

I had high hopes for CentralReach, but after seeing how employees are continually treated, it’s clear that leadership’s priorities do not include retaining or fairly compensating talent. Many of us have met or exceeded expectations, yet raises—whether for performance or even cost-of-living—are a rarity. Instead of meaningful compensation, we’re given Starbucks gift cards, as if a latte makes up for stagnant wages. Thank you, I feel so appreciated. Decision-making at the top feels shortsighted, like senior leaders aren’t truly invested in the long-term success of CentralReach. It’s obvious that we employees are just numbers to them, disposable and replaceable. The “best place to work” hype? Just that—hype. If leadership truly valued their people, they’d show it where it matters: in our paychecks.
