No Onboarding. No training. No guidance. Product was built for fashion, so every other vertical is missing key capabilities to compete. Compensation based on pipe dreams. Outside of fashion, no one knows who Centric is and what they do- Fashion does well, but the other verticals are struggling. No 401K match No inside sales No lead generation No money for marketing Can't show the product-that's right. You need to be approved as a prospect before you can see the product. This is challenging when people want to find out more about the company. Lack of structure and leadership. Long sales cycles

Management is myopic and out of touch with market trends Inability to hire and retain "best and brightest" Lacks some critical expertise in markets served causing the product to "play catch up" Management changes direction and focus too often Reviews, bonuses, increases, recognition of "job well done" are far and few between No set career paths or promotion plans HR is a mess. Nor formal reviews, salaries are not market competitive
