      Sales reps take note!

      Pros

      Solid pre-sales team. Centric has a few really talented and knowledgeable sales consultants in certain verticals. CEO seems to care. Some good marketing talent but hamstrung by lack of budget dollars.

      Cons

      No formal training. They just hand you some links to videos and point you to an outdated, hard to navigate sharepoint site. No inside sales or lead gen. Promises made when hired never materialized. No inbound leads whatsoever. Poor, inexperienced sales management. Trying to find their way. Don't expect any consistency. Pricing is ridiculously cumbersome.

      Pros

      Best place to be part of a team. In this whirlwind technology industry with constantly changing needs, these are people who want to grow with you. The focus on flexibility and understanding the real problem (and real target audience!) is always at the forefront of every meeting. Having worked as a customer before working alongside them (and after following proper recruitment protocols of course!), I did my homework before coming to Centric. If you've ever worked or interfaced with anyone from this company, the genuine team atmosphere is exhilarating. I had no doubts coming on board and they prove me right every day that these are the right people to work with. Customers view you as an extension of their team, eager to collaborate and explore opportunities.

      The product grows so fast, you need to be a quick learner!

      Had a good management of VP at one time They used to be creative and out of the box thinkers Marketing organization developed strong identity and brand
