Pros

With the exception of new management, employees who have been with the company for years are great to work with.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work until new management took over. Longer hours, lower pay, more layoffs to come, and new management has no clue on what's going on. No upward movement.

Pay was fair but they really cut benefits.

Cons

Little direction from top mgt, Goals were consistently changing. Long term outlook of company seemed poor. Lots of stress.
