Hello! Thank you for your feedback, and we are happy to clear up any misunderstandings from your time with Century Services. We offer a range of options depending on individual clients' needs. At times, all options may not be available due to our clients' eligibility as some options have requirements that must be met by the clients. Our team reviews what options are available and assists in answering any questions regarding each option, so our clients can make the best decision for themselves. We make it a point to offer transparent wages which is why our job postings include the compensation. For our Sales roles, it's also commission based. However, our Sales employees all share the same base salary. Their difference in compensation comes from their own ability to earn commission which is uncapped. Our Sales team works the following schedule: 9:30am - 7:30pm EST M-F with a wfh day on Friday. We encourage our team to work with their clients' schedules as needed which can sometimes result in a later evening or a weekend. However, they are not forced or expected to work outside of the listed schedule unless they want to. As Sales employees are salaried, they do not need to clock in or out as is the case with all of our other salaried employees. Our lead system is automated, and all employees are given warm leads. In any Sales environment, employees are given monthly production goals to achieve. Failure to continuously achieve those goals can result in termination. While we want to help our team succeed to the best of their ability and provide support from our management team to help them do so, our Sales employees are primarily responsible for their success in the role. While it is unfortunate that we've had to terminate a few employees in the last year, individuals from our Sales team rarely resign. When there are resignations, we are excited for their next steps. We understand that sometimes individuals will want to create a career at Century and other times, they are using us as a spring board for their next chapter. We appreciate any time that our employees give us as they are a pivotal part of our success and have added value to our team during their time with us.
