One of our major philosophies is to promote from within and we re-invest into our team as opposed to looking for outside talent that may not understand the niche industry that we are in. By doing this our management team has in-depth experience with the departments they manage as they once held a similar role themselves. We are in the process of developing a formalized leadership development program for our leadership team as well as an emerging leaders program that will provide mentorship to high potential employees. In terms of our mission, our goal is to provide exceptional quality of service to our clients that have been heavily impacted by unsustainable debt.
