Our HR team created a market analysis when reviewing the pay levels to ensure that we are offering a competitive benefits and compensation package. In our market analysis, we review the cost of living, role-related responsibilities, locations, experience, etc. when taking a look at compensation levels which is why we recently had a Cost of Living adjustment in 2022 for all of our employees across the board! Nonetheless, we will pass this feedback along to our Executive Team and HR Director for further review! We hope you have a wonderful day!

Terrible management. Definitely NOT a long-term solution unless you need a job. The sale sucks.

Health insurance, pay is decent

Cons

Expectations are vague and your expected to read managements mind because they do not offer ongoing training. They rarely have ongoing training meetings but constantly changing processes. Management is aggressive and threatening when they do talk to you.
