      small group of members were helpful rest all were selfish. wanted to be best in front of managers but they were not

      I started as trainee and ended as a junior after 3 yrs of hardwork and dedication towards my job. no growth at all in 3 years of career working for all most 12hr daily and working even on sundays. lots of politics

      Some good people to work with.

      Cons

      No raises to hourly people, no 401 match, costly health insurance coverage. Constant personnel layoffs and shut downs to cut costs. Favoritism and politics rule the day.

      Pros

      If you are a sales associate with the organization (and are focused on development of your accounts, you can make a VERY good living. They have MANY different solutions to provide your client base in marketing communications. The income can be significant and commission plan that are uncapped.

      Cons

      There are distractions with changes that happen at the mid and senior level of management every few years that can be unsettling.
