Pros

work life balance as there is no work as per potential. Salary on time

Cons

Most of the project are maintenance project for india they treat it as maintenance center, Most of the maintenance work is offloaded to India center. No growth No new learning Don't fall for AI trap there is nothing related to that even favoritism and biasness are pillars of the organization So if you are successful in making it to goodbook then u dont even need to work

The spin-off of Cerence from Nuance was very complex and change was inevitable, but, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our outstanding employees we have been successful. Not only is our salary on time but very competitive. Our Pune office is a very strategic investment and we are committed to fostering a culture where the team feels challenged, appreciated and rewarded. We regret that your experience with the spin-off was not good. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Cons

Lack of long-term resoure management. Struggle to keep talents. Frequent rounds of layoffs. Prioritizes new hires in lower-wage countries. Unpaid overtime work. High workload.
