Manager forces you to come to the base location despite the increase of covid cases..(during 2nd wave) No growth, no learnings, only favoritism, will only get a promotion if you're favorite to your manager, doesn't value your work, give almost no increase in compensation despite good feedback on your work! Always have a 'low budget' as a reason while good company performance throughout the year as per their emails!!
