Don’t touch this company with a bargepole. Stay away! The CEO fosters an extremely toxic culture. Is patronizing, plays favorites, publicly berates people and is the lousiest leader ever. Has a Jekyll and Hyde personality and is the laughing stock behind closed doors. The only reason she gets away with it is because the company is doing well financially. It’s a real shame because the mission and product is very compelling. I can’t wait to find another job and leave and a lot of my colleagues feel the same way. Don’t get lured by their compensation, do yourself a favor and stay away from Ceribell.

Not a great place for women to work. A culture of shame and fear. Dog eat dog. Constantly changing priorities—sometimes daily. Everyone is siloed and there’s a gatekeeper for each one so you never really know what is happening. Five out of 100 people are the favorites (all male), everyone else is a failure in the CEOs eyes and she lets you know it. CEO is brilliant but micromanages everything, surveils her employees constantly and (inadvertently?) encourages dog fights between managers which is unproductive and unsettling. No room for dissent. My manager was mostly absent. Some pretty serious compliance concerns and what I perceived as sexist, anti-woman attitudes. Constant churn, especially at senior management level.
