Job description sounded better than most

Cons

Actual , only looking to hire what fits their “narrative “ not all inclusive so if your not white don’t apply even though your publicly asked to apply so they company can receive benefits by saying they offered other races a “fair chance” Lastly interview process takes over a month so have other options in the works as they drag you along and take up valuable candidates time and efforts.

Pay every three days, and that is all

Cons

Bids are high but they take the large percentage, their bidders have never painted, and they promise the customer unattainable finish times. Then when they are done with you for the summer they concoct lies to not pay the subcontractors who did all the work!!!
