Everything else. Our compensation plan was changed (by the CEO) 6 times in 20 months. Each time paying less and less money and demanding higher quotas. The C suite in this company is a complete mess. The CEO can't forecast past the next month, let along for the future of the company. He thinks every employee is replaceable and puts zero effort into retaining top level talent.
Actions speak louder than words, although he loves to talk about how much he cares (CEA), he turns around and cuts pay, denies raises, lays off dozens of employees and then spends thousands on useless sponsorships and horrific marketing ventures. He will blame COVID, and then brag about being back to pre-covid sales. The rest of the C suite simple looks out for themselves and treat other employees as if they were beneath them. All while not being able to make a single decision, without the blessing of the CEO.
Another former employee commented on the political leanings of our C suite and CertaSite commented back. Again, the truth is in the actions of the C suite. Look past their grammatically absent posts on LinkedIn and read what they are commenting on, liking and responding too. I lean to the right, but I don't think its ethical for CEO's, VP's and other C suite members to comment on political hot buttons. Their focus should be on creating an inclusive and collaborative culture, but instead they create a divisive work environment that forces employees to watch what they say or do around certain managers. I'm sure this C suite thinks Diversity is an old Spanish Wood Ship....
To further put this into prospective, in the past year and a half this company has had Directors (more than 1), GM's, Corporate Controllers, Former Company Owners, Regional Sales Managers and tons of technicians resign and move on. If you are truly considering taking a job here, ask for their 12 & 24 month turnover report, it will shock you.
