Pros

Pretty good benefits and retirement Ceo is not your typical. He seems to do a good job and care about the little guys for the most part.

Cons

Certasite has been buying up family owned business and decreasing your chances to move up in pay. They do have a commission program but some people will not hit that because of there route. If you have a company truck you have to work 9.5 hours to get paid for 8. Reducing time with your family.
