      A scramble of a company

      Pros

      Flexible. Work from home. Holiday pay.

      Cons

      Everyone looks out for themselves and zero communication. That equals a messy, chaotic company. Existing employees make suggestions but it all falls on deaf ears. Wrong people in the wrong positions. Lead by example and COMMUNICATE!

At CertaSite, we always strive to live up to our mission and our vision, but sometimes we miss the mark. Regarding communication, we strive to be transparent and recognize we can always do better. We’re sorry it seems suggestions are not being heard. To better our communication amongst branches, we have initiated more in-person meetings – individually and in small groups - at branches and are reconnecting to make sure everyone from the leadership team to our technicians is on the same page and everyone is heard. Cross-functional team meetings and quarterly planning team meetings are part of our larger effort that will help keep the company aligned. We appreciate your feedback, CertaSite feels communication is critical for a great workplace.

      Pyramid scheme of a company

      Pros

      Nice vehicles for techs with the benefits of taking them home. Uniforms paid for. Local team is full of great people (Greensburg).

      Cons

      Corporate management has no connection with the teams doing the work. Training is terrible, regardless how much they try to say they do it.

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about your time at CertaSite. Change is inevitable at companies, especially young ones like ours, so we’re not remiss when we acknowledge some missteps along the way. While we know there has been some changes and miscommunication, we are taking proactive steps in ensuring there is streamlined communication from our leadership team to all employees by holding a more regular cadence of onsite and in-person meetings. We also recently introduced a new training system to allow for a better user experience for our employees, and so far, feedback has been positive. As for the turnover, it's not at all what we want. But, our turnover is very much in line with what other companies see in our industry as well as the business services segment in particular. We take all feedback seriously and will pass yours along, too. Thank you.

      The people are genuinely kind. pto. Other company benefits are good. I feel there is room to move up if people want to.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication is off but they are working hard to fix this. Young company.
