      Pros

      Paid training, standard (decent) corporate benefits package. Friendly staff cohort.

      Cons

      Poor communication between various sections of the company; chaotic scheduling and written job prep (at times) hamstrings both management and route service people. Hard to get noticed on the corporate side for good work.

      1. Great people 2. Tech-savvy, customer focused company 3. Benefits 4. Opportunity for advancement 5. Open communication 6. Meaningful work

      Cons

      1. Company is growing fast so there pressure that comes with that. 2. It's a big company but has only been around for 3 years so there are some business processes that still need some refinement, but the company seems to be moving in the right direction.

      Coworkers! Always busy - days go fast Technology makes accounts easily manageable Certain Positions are work from home which has made me achieve goals I could have never reached working in an office.

      Small Business atmosphere is gone Policies on Protocols need established
