great place to work, good colleagues with a great team spirit and good to be part of an exciting and expanding venture

Cons

some sales ROE decisions tend to be slewed in favour of the US over the ROW team but that is only natural as that where most of the senior management team sit

Pros

The company has a positive outlook and an inclusive, contributory environment. Employees are treated well and seem to be valued. I've been impressed with the calibre of my colleges, a real testimony to HR and hiring managers. Working with other teams in the US and Spain adds adds an interesting dynamic.

Cons

The fairly flat hierarchy sometimes feels too lax. With some focus dissipating, especially with existing issues.
