Cons

Timezones - need the startrek teleportation machine, but until then webinars and skype will do!

The staff are welcoming, open and sincere; the work is challenging, current and fun; the platform is a step in the right direction for building rapidily deployed enterprise applications. Generally good working for a fresh company that really understands the direction technology is taking.

Cons

Platform (SF) can be infuriating at times but in software terms it's still in it's infancy and is improving on a exponential basis.
