Pros

Executive transparency, Competitive salary, Flexibility with business/personal life, Uniquely positioned in marketplace, Huge upside to the business, Corporate culture. The entire company from the top to the bottom has enthusiasm and passion for what we do. Start ups have excitement by nature but we're now well past that point and the feeling has never left.

Cons

Growing pains with accelerated growth, Protocol can change quickly because of new initiatives without notice, Career advancement needs more defining, Annual performance reviews should be in place for every part of the organization.

Pros

From day one I knew there was something different about FinancialForce. We have a great working environment, that is a great balance of relaxed atmosphere while we remain focused on making FinancialForce a success. The people who work here are fantastic and management are approachable and provide a clear vision and leadership. They then give you the freedom to get on with your job. The company is growing rapidly and this means that there is always scope for career advancement. In my time here, I have seen progression in my own career and have been able to help to provide career advancement for members of my team also. All in all, it's a fantastic place to work and a place where I feel that I am valued and that I can make a difference.

Cons

As a relatively young company, we are still ironing out some of our internal processes. Having said this, this means that it is possible to have an influence on how we operate so you could argue that this is not necessarily a bad thing.
