We have a great working environment, that is a great balance of relaxed atmosphere while we remain focused on making FinancialForce a success. The people who work here are fantastic and management are approachable and provide a clear vision and leadership. They then give you the freedom to get on with your job. The company is growing rapidly and this means that there is always scope for career advancement. In my time here, I have seen progression in my own career and have been able to help to provide career advancement for members of my team also. All in all, it's a fantastic place to work and a place where I feel that I am valued and that I can make a difference.
