FinancialForce.com is an innovative company working on the Salesforce platform - the best cloud computing platform. It's a very cool place to be! On the technical side, the work is varied, and challenging - we often break new ground, which requires a creative approach. The people are smart, friendly and enthusiastic; there's a great vibe in the office - a great team spirit. It is really inspiring to work alongside such a wide range of talent in all departments and disciplines.

Cons

In an international business, geography is a challenge, though we make best use of technology to reduce the impact.

Great atmosphere led by a management team who really gets that employees have a life outside of work. The company is supportive and committed to individual as well as corporate success. Annual raises are more than fair and bonus plans are achievable. Your choice of Mac or PC and option to work from home/remote.

Cons

Sometimes things change quickly and you have to learn to adapt as quickly.
