Pros

The culture trickles down from each and every member of the management team. They truly practice what they preach when it comes to colloaboration and socializing a business. From the perspective of a remote employee, you still feel very close to your colleagues who you may have only met once or twice. The collabortation across departments is most impressive and is IMO, the catalyst for the extensive growth that FinancialForce is undergoing.

Cons

Will be curious to see if the management team can hold on to this culture as they quickly scale up from a small/midsized business to an enterprise in such a short window of time.

Great applications; awesome group of people to work with - high energy and always willing to give 110%; growing rapidly so much room for advancement and pursuing other opportunities within the company,

Cons

With it's rapid growth rate, the San Francisco office is bulging at the seems, so not ideal for having a quiet environment for making calls. However, the company is expanding the office so help is on the way!
