Pros
Before my supervisor was let go, i genuinely enjoyed working for the company (or I should say for her). I didn't have much exposure to other employees. I worked in the main office where there were only 4 employees located. After she was fired a new woman came along who was so rude and unprofessional, which ultimately caused me to seek new employment and leave.
Cons
No room for advancement. The woman I worked with had worked there for over 10 years and instead of promoting within, hired the new woman. Most of the employees were uppity and rude to others. You had to pay $5 to wear jeans on casual Friday... I was late to work only one day of my employment there because my car broke down. My new supervisor called me and told me I needed to figure out how to get there (while stranded on the side of the road) because my coworker needed me to cover for her to take her lunch break and proceeded to call every 15 minutes to check on me. I had to leave my car and have my family figure out how to get it towed. My supervisor liked to pass her work off on me and take credit for it. These are just a few examples off the top of my head. Everything about that job was negative.
