Good end of year bonus if the company does well that year.

Cons

Managers don't communicate with employees. Changes happen at the last minute with no warning. Things are being run poorly and the resulting problems fall on employees to fix without the proper resources to do so. I was paid fairly but I know most others were not.

Great co-workers, lots of responsibility with bosses that trust their people. Best animal health company I've worked for.

Cons

Very fast growing company with normal growing pains. Extremely lean organization. France can be very hard to work with - which is the only reason why I gave 4 stars for culture/value.
