Ceva has a lot of great opportunities if you are in the right department.

Cons

Ceva is a great company to work for, but all companies have issues that can be corrected. Annual salary increases are not significant. Consistency is lacking when retaining employees and seems like a revolving door. Upper management is lacking in employee awareness.
