Company treats the employees who actual run the company like trash
Pros
If you work in a salary or administrative position for Ceva you’ll probably like it if you don’t like to work hard. The work loads are a joke and no real leaders to be found, so the company has little accountability or foresight. But it easy money with little standards for salary positions.
Cons
Hourly employees are pushed to the limit and if you perform at a high level or follow company policy it doesn't matter. An employee who constantly comes to work late and unprofessional conducts themselves is regarded the same as model employees(non one notices or cares either way). My manager for example was able to work on his masters degree all day for years instead of do his work duties. Many of the managers have employees work for them for years and don't even know their employees names. Save yourself the headache and find a solid company to work for to build a real future with.
