A great family environment. Solid, strong Christian atmosphere. The owners seem to treat you like a family member and show genuine care for you. Relaxed dress code. Good starting wages.

Cons

I love that we have a generous amount of PTO given each year, however, I do not think it's right to penalize someone from a vacation or doctor's appointment if they don't have sufficient PTO accrued. If you get an approval from your supervisor for leave you should be able to not be paid not written up. Don't work/ don't get paid. There is a lot of favoritism when it comes to advancement within the company. I don't feel like you should have to "kiss up" to advance, your hard work should speak for itself. I think there should be management training offered and encouraged for those that are interested in pursuing that. Also, reviews should be done often. Not necessarily for raise purposes but for evaluation purposes. If we don't know how we are doing, how are we supposed to do better?

Pros

There are many pros in this department. It is a relaxed work environment, even though we are busy. You don't have management pressuring you to do anything, you can plan out your day as you see fit. You have to be ready for interruptions, but I think it makes the day more interesting. There will be times when you are on cruise control and then there are times when you will need to have the pedal to the medal to keep up. It is actually really fun, working individually and as part of a team with friendly people who treat you with respect, and make you laugh. Another plus are the celebrations we have: monthly birthdays, holiday parties, donut days, they are all great.

Cons

Sometimes situations arise that affect your success in your position that are out of your hands. You have to not let it get to you.

The atmosphere, everyone is welcoming, encouraging and helpful to new and seasoned employees. There is respect for co-worker no matter what level you are on. Manors and morals still exist with this company.

Cons

Not all treated the same way. Not all jobs posted. Some language used by a few.
