A great family environment. Solid, strong Christian atmosphere. The owners seem to treat you like a family member and show genuine care for you. Relaxed dress code. Good starting wages.

Cons

I love that we have a generous amount of PTO given each year, however, I do not think it's right to penalize someone from a vacation or doctor's appointment if they don't have sufficient PTO accrued. If you get an approval from your supervisor for leave you should be able to not be paid not written up. Don't work/ don't get paid. There is a lot of favoritism when it comes to advancement within the company. I don't feel like you should have to "kiss up" to advance, your hard work should speak for itself. I think there should be management training offered and encouraged for those that are interested in pursuing that. Also, reviews should be done often. Not necessarily for raise purposes but for evaluation purposes. If we don't know how we are doing, how are we supposed to do better?

The atmosphere, everyone is welcoming, encouraging and helpful to new and seasoned employees. There is respect for co-worker no matter what level you are on. Manors and morals still exist with this company.

Cons

Not all treated the same way. Not all jobs posted. Some language used by a few.

Chadwell supply is family owned and operated. Unlike several companies in the same industry, Chadwell Supply goes above and beyond in assurring each employee is treated fairly, including pay for the field they are in and well as thorough training to ensure future success. Also, Chadwell Supply promotes from within when fulfilling a new job postion. These are just a few things to look forward to.

Cons

Chadwell Supply is in a very competitive and growing industry. Company over all is very busy more often than not and can be demanding to meet all fulfillments. Not for slow paced individuals.
