Great students who want to succeed. Student support is available. Faculty are encouraged to support students and most faculty seem to care.

Cons

I like what I do but ZERO raise for visiting professors in the six years I have been here. The class size got bigger, the responsibilities are more, but no raise - not a cost of living - NOTHING.

100% remote & bi-weekly pay. Students can be ok from time to time.

Cons

No promotion or raise since starting years ago. Middle management is micromanagement and borderline incompetent. Students cheat and plagiarize every term despite being given extensive provision to submit late work during covid. Encouragement is rare but rebuke is common for every small mistake. Too many unethical nursing students wanting to go into healthcare.
