A few VPs were lovely people who wanted to change the company for the better, but had very little visibility

Cons

There were too many middle managers and no way for the lowest level to give feedback about the middle managers. The middle managers could and have abused their powers. US counterparts would not do as much work as the other locations' workers and the US managers would protect the US workers who weren't putting in their share of the work A lot of toxic finger-pointing happening. People did not want to learn from the experience and would rather cause drama about it. The more experienced and less dramatic people quit fast and the people who aren't the best stay in the company Extremely siloed departments but still wanted to run scrum. Long hours and lots of overtime Used outsourced labor in India and Taiwan
